why is are my Notes connected to Verizon account gone?

I can't understand why my Notes App does not include my Verizon account anymore. it only shows iCloud and Gmail, when I add account, it adds another verizon account to my email, but doesn't show my Notes from my Verizon account. I need them desperately. Help!
