First, I recommend checking your Recently Deleted folder.
If you're still unable to access your video, follow the remaining steps in the link above.
If you have a backup made when the videos were still on your iPhone, you can restore from the backup. Please note that restoring from a backup will remove all the data from the iPhone that has been added since the backup.

Get help with missing photosGo to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted. If you see the missing photo, you can
move it back into your All Photos album.On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
- Tap Select.
- Tap the photo or video > Recover.
- Confirm that you want to recover the photo.
