red dot inside iPhone 6

My iPhone6 got wet and after opening it by Apple Stor service it was noticed there is a red dot inside around the camera area.

Because of that my data from the motherboard could not be recovered.

I wander if there is a way to take out the Motherboard, placed it in another iPone and upload the data?

is there any service that I can send my old iPhone for recovering data?
