Can I make wifi calls from a iPhone 5s?
How do I set my phone to make wifi calls from home using my 5s and Verizon? Is it even possible.

Verizon only offers wifi calling on iPhone 6/6+ or newer, according to the Verizon web site.
If wifi calling is offered, and is setup on one’s account, then it will show up in settings as an option. If it does not show up, it is either not available from your carrier, or for your device, or your carrier has not enabled it on your account.
If you mean you wish to make VOIP calls, then the answer is yes. You just need a VOIP app like Skype.
