Mac runs slowly after macOS sierra 10.12.6 update

Hi,

My Macbook Pro 2012 installed the Sierra 10.12.6 update by his automatically.

After that, my mac is running incredibly slow. All the applications take up to 2 minutes to open!

I ran EtreCheck and it show this: (what should I do?)

Thanks in advance!!

I don't see any obvious reason in your EtreCheck report why your Mac would start running slowly after the update.

Run Disk Utility > First Aid to check your hard drive.

What I do see is insufficient RAM for the programs you are running (Adobe Desktop Publishing apps). I suggest upgrading your RAM.

You can check with the advisory tool in Crucial, or OWCto see how much RAM your MacBook can take and which modules are the correct ones for it. They are both very reliable vendors.
