Wyomi why am I being charged for something I never signed up for and cannot use
iPhone 5, iOS 8.4, I have iPods, iPad's , etc.
Apple Music is a monthly subscription service, not yearly.
To use the Apple Music services including following an Artist, you need to be subscribed.
If its asking you to subscribe to a plan , then you are not actually subscribed, so not paying for anything yet.

I did not sin up for any yearly or monthly subscription on Dec. 31, 2017. I was at the New Haven CT store & Ilene was my tech support person.
I was unaware that I had purchased a yearly subscriptions and yet even now when I try to follow someone i am still being asked what plan I want to pay for
