Beats solo3 controls not working

The headphones are paired with my iPhone SE and music is playing just fine. The first time I used the headphones the built in volume controls on the left side worked fine, as did the b button. This is my second use however and these buttons no longer work. How can I fix this issue? I have tried pairing off and pairing up again and also charged fully and still no joy.

I understand from your post that the buttons on your Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones are not working properly. Resetting and updating your Beats may help resolve this type of issue.
