Computer turned off while installing bootcamp, now can't delete the partition

This will have been my third time installing bootcamp, so I am somewhat familiar with the process and the way it goes normally. Today I was trying to install it again; I got to the part where you select how much storage you want to set aside for your partition. Once I decided how much storage to set aside (36 GB) , a progress bar showed up so while I waited I was watching some youtube. All of a sudden, an error message popped up and my computer restarted back to mac os. The bootcamp progress had stopped and when I opened it again, this is what I saw

I then went into the apple menu and checked "About This Mac" to see if the partition was there.

As you can see, my hard drive has 121 GB of storage, but since I set aside the 36 GB for bootcamp, my mac os only has 84 GB. However, the bootcamp partition does not show up here while it did the other times I've used bootcamp. When I went to remove the partition in bootcamp I couldn't (as you can see in the screenshot above) ; it only gives me the option to install bootcamp again which I can't do because i don't have the 50 GB of free space required.

Also, nothing shows up in DiskUtility indicating there is a bootcamp partition either

Lastly, for anyone wondering, when I hold option while restarting when I have the WINSTALL memory stick inserted, I get three options: Mac os, Windows, and EFI boot. I have tried running both Windows and EFI boot, but I can't get past the step where you choose where to install windows.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
