I was mischarge

I was charge for my Tidal when I had a free subscription till august 29 2017. Of 12.99 can that please be reverse to my account.

You cannot reach Apple directly via the community forums as they are manned by volunteers, users, people much like yourself. But we can give you some help.

You should have an electronic receipt, on the bottom of which is an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you’ve described here as your problem.
