I'm going to assume "not working" means a blank black screen when you're trying to use the camera, unless you provide additional details.

I would recommend restarting your iPhone, which often puts software glitches to rest: press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and slide the slider. After your device powers off, hold the button for a moment again until you see the Apple logo. Once powered up, try the camera — I expect it should work properly again.
