i can only access app store on wifi

I have an iPhone 6 and I can only access the App Store while on wifi, how do I change that?

Check your cellular data settings (tap Settings - Cellular). Make sure the app store is allowed to use cellular data (look under this section: Use cellular data for).

Go into Settings > Cellular > Scroll a little until you find App Store > Enable

Talk to your provider, make sure your cellular data is properly provision.
