Add Movies and Pictures folders to iCloud?

I have a 2TB iCloud plan and used it to store the Documents and Desktop folders for quick and easy access from all four of my devices (iMac, iPhone, iPad Pro, and MacBook Pro). But that leaves me with more than 1.6 TB of free space. Is there some way of uploading the Movies and Pictures folders to iCloud that would allow the same type of access (and syncing) as the Documents and Desktop folders?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. No, I was not about to manually move the Photos folder to iCloud. But I have hundreds, possibly thousands, of photos and video files that aren't in the Photos library, just sitting in the Pictures folder. I don't want to simply import them and leave them unsorted, but it would take quite a while to sort them into albums, etc. I was hoping for an easier way to simply allow occasional access to them via iCloud. But syncing would remain an issue. Guess I should find the time to do it right, via the Photos library.

The Photos library within the Photos album is already using the cloud if you are using iCloud Photo Library and you should attempt to put the library in the Photos folder directly into iCloud Drive otherwise you will break it.

As for the rest of the Photos in the Photos folder (if you have any) and the movies in the movie folder, you can add these to iCloud Drive if you like, but you'd need to create folders inside iCloud Drive itself and move the files to them, you shouldn't simply move the Photos and Movies folders to iCloud Drive.
