i have purchased online apple 5S new imp and when i searched for FCC ID (written on back of iphone): BCG-E2643A whereas on checking the same in the setting of iphone relating to regulatory FCC ID was BCG-E2642A. Is there any problem with tbis iphone?

It's fine. The designation is usually related to which carrier you selected and/or country of purchase.
