In my photo library some photos are blurry and has a white exclamation point in the bottom right corner

Can someone please help me with an issue with my photo library - In my photo library some photos are blurry and has a white exclamation point in the bottom right corner.

Anyone know how i can fix this

Depends of what you have and what you have done

What version of the OS do you have and what are your iCloud settings and status on the Mac and any IOS devices? What changed just before this started? Have you cleaned up yoru disk using the finder or any clan up software?
