So long time ago i create my apple id and new email and completely forgot about it and today when i upgrade my ios they want me to login into my apple id to use my phone. I already tried all my emails that i can remember but it still doesn't work. What should i do? Thanks 🙂

Doesn't help. I never use itunes and i don't have other devices.

Go to your Apple ID account page and click Forgot Apple ID or password.
