Why won't my phone erase using find my iPhone and it's connected to the internet?

I am trying to erase my iPhone via find my iPhone and it's not erasing. The iPhone is connected to wifi and it still isn't working. I've changed networks and other options like switching sim cars and even restarting the device but nothing.

Hi

You should be able to do this without your pc

Go to iCloud turn off find my iPhone Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings Then it,s ready for new user.

We would need to know much more about exactly what you have done, what you have seen, what you did not see that you expected to see, etc.
