If I change my Apple ID e-mail will it remove me from Family Plan?

Last week someone hacked my account added me to some random Family Plan in China. I don't do family plan at all or icloud, so I can't do any of the standard "Turn Off Family Plan" methods as those options don't exist. I've now contacted Apple for a week and they've done nothing.

So I was thinking: If I change my e-mail address (Apple ID) would that remove me from the Family Plan?
