No. There is no way to bypass the activation lock. Return the phone to wherever you got it. If you can't, then turn it over to the police. It's likely stolen. Activation lock is doing exactly what it's designed to do. It's making a stolen phone useless.
Ok i have insert the sim and now i am trying to activate it.
