Currently I am using Amazon Prime Photos to store all my photos (multiple iPhone + Camera + others). If now i decided to using iCloud, what is the best way to migrate my existing photos/videos from Amazon to iCloud? Anyone did before? Many thanks!

Thanks for your reply. However I have over 10,000 photos / videos on Amazon and I am looking for a migration in batch mode. For example is there any way can download all Amazon's content (select all or a zip file) then i can upload to iCloud accordingly. Thanks.

That's really a question for Amazon to answer. Regardless of where you get them to after Amazon, there is no bulk way to upload to iCloud.
Download them to you device/computer and then set up iCloud syncing in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/System Preferences/iCloud and the Photos application.
