I can't reset the iPod nano 6 generation and erase all content as the previous owner, whom I cannot contact, still has the iPod connected to his iCloud account. Is there any solution? Thanks
If you mean an iPod nano, post back with what happens when you try. It isn’t possible for those to be activation locked.
If you mean an iPod touch, no. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
