Windows 10 Native Resolution (LG Ultrafine 4k Display)

I own a late 2016 15" MacBook Pro w/ Touchbar (Radeon Pro 455, Intel Core i7 @ 2.7 GHz) and I connect it to an LG Ultrafine 4k display with the included USB-C cable. Everything works just fine under macOS. However, I seem to have a resolution issue when booted into Windows 10. I use bootcamp to run Windows 10 and when I'm booted into Windows I don't get the option of selecting the display's native resolution (4096 x 2304). The closest resolution I get is 3840 x 2160 and Windows thinks this is the native resolution (see screenshot).

I manually added the resolution of 4096 x 2304 to the registry, but when I select this resolution it appears I get a very slow refresh rate (the mouse is not very responsive). I have tried reinstalling the Boot Camp support software (i.e. drivers) using Boot Camp Assistant in macOS, but that didn't make a difference for me.

Would installing the latest AMD drivers from bootcampdrivers.com help me out at all?

Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do to try to resolve this issue and get Windows to recognize that the native resolution of the display is 4096 x 2304?
