delete purchased apps permanently

You can not nor do you need to. Apple wants you to have the app available should you ever decide you have changed your mind. You can hide it from the purchase list if it irritates you.

Try this.

1 Open AppStore on your device.

2 Tap on Updates from the bottom menu.

3 Now tap on Purchased button on Updates screen.

4 Tap on My Purchases.

5 Swipe from right to left on the app.

You don’t need a Mac. The instructions are the same when using iTunes on your PC.
