does watch emit radiation?

I have been seeing reports that watch can cause radiation related injuries to weist. Is this something that has been seen during testing? I am concened and have stopped wearing my series 2

The SAR radiation level is 0.15 W/kg, on your wrist. There are some health concerns with holding a cell phone up to your head (level is 1.1 W/kg) because of experiments on rats that show blood-brain barrier permeability at that level.

Unless you have a brain on your wrist you're probably ok. 🙂

Unfortunately early reports show the AirPods are almost half as strong (0.4 W/kg) as holding an iPhone up to your head, so I'm not sure what to think about those!

Those reports are nonsense from people who got bad science education in elementary school. The Apple Watch does not emit ionizing radiation.

It is possible, if you wear the watch too tightly, for the convex back to press against a nerve in your wrist causing pain.

Yeah, I’ve been searching through Apple‘s Environmental Reports, specifically for EMF/EMR emissions or Cautionary Warning, and was either misdirected or ignored by the search bar.

Is this your first comment or acknowledgement of your questions about Apple products safety?

I doubt you’ll get one anyway.
