How to disable internet for just one standard user on Sierra?

Hi there,

Sorry if there's an already solved question about it and I'm just asking again. But I've spent a lot of time searching for an answer for this question and couldn't find anywhere yet. Why is it so difficult to find?

Anyway, I've created different users in my laptop for different applications. One for internet and work and one for music production. I'd like to set the internet off for the music production user. Every time when I switch from work to music user I forget to turn off my wi-fi settings and the OS X remains connected.

I would like my Music Production user to run with no internet connection at all. Is it possible? How to do it without have to turn the wi-fi off every time I switch accounts?

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)
