Inaccurate GPS location

I am having a problem with my GPS signal on my iPhone 6. It cannot locate me within around 200/300m. I have tried the following to remedy the situation:

Standing outside without obstruction.
Restarting the location services.
Enabling and disabling aircraft mode.
Resetting my network settings.
Resetting my phone and restoring from a backup.
I am using iOS 10.3.3

The phone previously belonged to my fiancee and he had no GPS issues with it. His iPhone 7 Plus is able to get GPS in all the locations we have tried to use mine.

Hi ,

I am having same issue with my i phone 7.

While in open in GPS Status App it shows me horizontal accuracy of 8 to 20 m.

But in Building or Area surrounding by buildings it shows me bad fix in GPS Status and Horizontal accuracy more than 1000 m.

Strava App shows the weak GPS Signal.

It does not show me correct location in Google maps,Maps,Uber etc either.

Just could not figure out either issue is related to Hardware or OS update will fix it.

GPS uses satellites to work out where you are on the planet, it does this by the time delay of the signal from 3 or more satellites if you can't see them clearly (your phone) then it won't be able to work out where you are. it needs 8 of them to work out where you are with in a couple of meters. this is normal, no problem here.
