I have 50 dollars iTunes credit but my itunes will not let me use it. For some reason the purchase goes towards my debit card. How do I fix this?
What do you mean 'will not let me use it' ? If you've actually done a purchase and it charged the card for it (and not just a temporary store holding charge) contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
I meant it exactly how I said it. I redeemed my iTunes gift card, and there shows a 50 dollar credit on my account. When I go to purchase something, my credit information is popping up to be used instead of the account just using my 50 dollars in credit.
So the text on the popup is saying that it will use the credit card for the purchase ? Or are you only being asked to verify/confirm the card's details ? Have you actually done a purchase and it charged the card ?
