Raise to wake option in iPhone 6.

It must have the:

• A9 chip with 64-bit architecture
• Embedded M9 motion coprocessor

That originally comes with iPhone 6S or newer. The M9 chip is embedded on the A9 bigger chip.

Raise to wake is a feature of the 6s / 6s Plus and higher. That is not a feature of the 6 / 6 Plus and earlier devices.

If i make update to my iphone 6 i find raise to wake or not

No. The iPhone 6 does not contain the hardware required for this feature.

And what is that hardware

What difference does it make? It's not like you can add it.
