I don’t know how to do this or if it is even possible so if someone can help it will be greatly appreciated.

You cannot do it without exporting the song to your computer and adding it to a playlist there which you then copy to your device. You can export to the iTunes File Sharing area, send in an email, add to Dropbox, etc., but you cannot add it directly to the library on the device.
