Hello, I am not able to connect App Store on my iPhone 6s Plus (128GB), iOS 10.3.3. It works only via WiFi. I tried all tips described on support pages, I tried to reconnect many times, but no success. Do you have any experience with this issue?

What, exactly, have you tried so far?
I checked internet connection, I checked if using mobile data is possible. App Store returns me "Unable to connect"
And additionally I can see number of updates and when I click on this button I see very shortly (0,5s) list of apps to update, but after this I see only message "unable to connect to App Store"
Perhaps something basic like...
Settings > Cellular > App Store (confirm "on")
