iPad Pro. Latest version. Need to enter some passwords that begin with a lowercase letter. It always defaults to first letter as a capital. How can I make the first letter lowercase?

What I do when the text box INSISTS i must captiolize the first letter.....let it default to capitol, then type the letter in lower case with the rest of the password, then touch and hold your finger over the text box between the capiol and lower letter and back space, to erase the capitol.
This default setting to my knowledge cannot be changed. However you need only touch the shift key to switch to lowercase.
