iPhone 7 Plus not Switching On - Stuck on the Apple Logo

Hi. My iPhone 7 Plus accidentally fell in the tub and I dried it (while switched off for approximately 12 hours). When I tried to switch it on, it showed the apple logo and then the screen just goes dark and then back to the apple logo in loop. It just wont turn on. I tried the hard reset option by holding the Volume Down and Lock Buttons simultaneously - it did require I restore the firmware via iTunes, which I did. After the restore, on switching on, the phone went into that loop again. I don't know what to do.

iPhones are not designed to spend time in bathtubs.

Take the iPhone to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.

It maybe best to go ahead and take it to the Genius Grove/Bar, to have them check it out. If you have tried to reset it and it does not work, then there is more than likely a internal issue that is causing it to be stuck as you described.
