Within Safari-Preferences-Privacy- Cookies & website data-Manage website data, I am unable to remove website data even after selecting them and clicking on Remove all. The website data is removed momentarily and then bounces back.

Hi, How do I find the "Go" menu or the Go to Folder. Where do I look for it. I have a mac desktop and could not find it anywhere. Sorry for being so unknowledgable - I really want to delete those pesky Persistent Cookies and your help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks.
As the 2nd article points out, they are capable of regenerating after deletion with files that go to many parts of the system.
Safari/Browsers – can’t delete cookies
The myth of the dangerous cookie
Quit Safari.
In Finder go to Go menu and then Go to Folder.
Copy and paste this ~/Library/Safari/Databases.
Delete the contents of the folder.
Launch Safari again and check if all is ok.
If that doesn’t work, copy and paste this ~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage.
Delete the contents of the folder.
Then go to Safari/History and delete any entries for the related websites.
Test.
Go to Finder. The Go menu is there.

Eric, Thank you. Your suggestion worked fine and eliminated all the sites and caches. Four new ones popped up which I could not eliminate after repeated "Go to Folder" suggestion. However, they look benign. All the best, Alfred
