Miracast looks to be a solution for Windows and Android devices.

This will not work with Apple Mac OS OR iDevices.

What are you trying to do with Miracast?

You may have to look for iOS app solutions, in the iOS App Store, that work with your iPad and, if not using a Mac, with Windows.

If simply trying to mirror your iPad to your TV, you will need to purchase an Apple TV to do that.

There is no other wireless solution to mirror iDevices to any TV. Apple's ecosystem is a closed one and no other wireless TV boxes or TV dongle systems work with Apple iDevices.

To mirror your iPad to your TV, you need an Apple TV box.

The cheapest way to mirror your iPad to your TV is do by HDMI cable and Apple's $49 Digital AV adapter.

If you want to Airplay your iPad to just your computer and you use a Windows computer with a larger screen, look at this for your Windows computer called AirServer.
