Can an apple watch pair with a macbook? I use a macbook and was given an apple watch but do not own an iPhone.
No. You cannot setup an Watch using a MacBook. You
need an iPhone 5 or later.

you cannot pair a Apple Watch with a MacBook, you must have an iPhone 5 or later.
