Can you use PayPal CREDIT to buy in app purchases on an iPhone?

Does anyone know if you can make in app purchases using PayPal CREDIT? There's no credit card involved, it's just credit that you apply for through PayPal & are either approved or denied, & they determine your credit limit.

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 10.3.3
