Recently moved to the US from Australia and trying to get APP VEnmo

I recently moved to the US and Im trying to get VENMO app for my phone but everytime I go to install it advises Im not able to purchase in US Store and redirects me to Australian store which doesn't have Venmo app.

Can anyone advise how I can change a setting to fix this?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.3.2

If you are now in the US have you got the US as the country and your US billing address on your iTunes account ? Have you tried logging out and back into the account e.g. tap on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app ?
