macOS Install Data

I was opening my mac (after shutting down) and it came to the grey screen saying "macOS could not install blah blah..." But i didn't really care as i didn't want to reinstall the macOS.

Now whenever i shutdown, i constantly get greeted with this screen which is a bit annoying so i want to get rid of it, and i think that by getting rid of these folders i can. But i just need to ask is it ok to get rid of these folders? (I backed up my mac)User uploaded file
