Stand Notifications suddenly stopped

So, I haven't been getting Stand Notifications, and I have no idea why. I'm not in Do Not Disturb, not in Theater, or Airplane (at least, at the moment), haven't muted for the day, I do have Stand Notifications enabled, yet I'm not getting anything. If I do Stand within the hour, I do get credit, but I'd like the reminder to get up once in a while when I'm laying down, too. Anyone have any advice?

Hi

Stand credit can be earned once within each hour. If you have not earned Stand credit by 10 minutes to the hour, then Apple Watch provides a reminder. If you have already earned Stand credit within any given hour, then no reminder is provided.

If reminders are not being provided as expected, then it may help to follow these steps (check after each):

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:

Check your settings:

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Activity:
    • If it is currently enabled, turn off Mute Reminders For Today.
    • Check that Stand Reminders is turned on.
      • If this setting is already configured, then it may help to toggle it off and on again.
  • When viewing the time on your Apple Watch, swipe up on the screen to open Control Centre, then check that Do Not Disturb Mode (crescent moon icon) is not enabled.

Close certain apps and restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch:

Unpair and re-pair your Apple Watch:
