How to delete photos on iPhone once uploaded to Photos?

I uploaded photos from my iPhone 7 onto "Photos" on my apple computer, but now I want to delete all of the recently imported pictures from my iPhone, but I don't see an option anywhere in "Photos" to do this.

You can delete on the Phone or using Image Capture - but before you do you need to be sure that you have the correct settings - what version of the OS do you have and what are your iCloud settings and status on each device - if you are using iCloud Photo Library then anything you delete form any devices is deleted from all devices

Taking on board what Larry has said about iCloud, the way to delete any or all from Camera Roll, or PhotoStream on your phone is to click on the album, ie. Camera Roll, choose Select then use your finger to sweep through the images (or tick individuals) then click the dustbin at the bottom of the screen. They will go into Recently Deleted from where they will drop off in 30 days. If you are really short of memory, you can do the same in this album and get rid of them forever.
