I have Early 2008 iMac and I can't upgrade software anymore. Is there any chance to get 10.1..5 iMovie?

A mid 2007 iMac or newer should be able to run El Capitan ( but may be not Sierra)

iMovie 10.1.5 requires El Capitan or Sierra and won't run on Yosemite. iMovie 11(version 9) will run on Yosemite. What version do you have now?
You can purchase iMovie 9 online. It is part of the iLife 11 package. Amazon for example sells it for $15. After you install it you can update to 9.0.9 from Apple Support downloads.
