Iphone 7 is not receiving text messages

My iPhone has suddenly stopped receiving text messages. I cannot receive them from android, samsung, or other iPhone users (who have iMessage turned off). My phone was fine this morning and then suddenly this afternoon, I realized that I was not receiving the text messages. My friends are getting the texts from my phone but when they respond, I am not getting their texts, despite their phones saying that the messages were delivered. I've updated my software, I've done a soft reset, I've turned my iMessage off and on, and I've deleted all of my messages and nothing has seemed to work. I use my phone for work and so I need a solution asap.
