Unable to download Videos on WhatsApp

Using iphone 6s+. Have updated to the latest ios and WA version. Unable to download videos in WA form various users. Have rebooted the phone and tried and have also removed & reinstalled App, still unable to download the Video files. Have sufficient space available on my phone. Please assist.
