Billing charges

Hi all. I recently bought a iTunes gift card online and got charge exactly the same amount for something I didn't order. After more than an hour with Apple, and being passed through a few people, they managed to identify it as an unauthorised purchase. Somehow, my bank details were cloned and the fraudster purchased a gift card for exactly the same amount that I bought. They have agreed to refund the money. I have changed my password and cancelled my bank card. It's worth querying the unusual invoice.

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and you can see everything you have paid for through apple for the last 90 days. You can also dispute charges there.

I have Hulu 13.99 and hbo now 14.99 I have a charge on my bank account from Apple for 15.43 and I can’t get any information from iTunes or Apple what it is they can build a 1000. Phone but can’t let you find out why they are charging you 15.43 you would think it would be the first thing you get to in the store , account customer billing, click on it and see what you bought but I’ll spend another hour or so searching sorry about the punctuation Apple doesn’t make that easy ei

Hi I didn’t order any I tunes on my account and I got charg

So i got charged for something i didnt approve of. How can i cancel it.

I got a nsf letter from my credit union for a charge I didn’t make in the amt. of : $8.56

Hello I was so to update my card information and when I did I was told that I would not be charged for anything unless I bought something which I did not and then I looked on my bank card and found that I was charged $12.74 which I would like to be refunded back to my card Because I didn’t purchase anything thank you have a blessed day

my card has been improperly charged for 3 unauthorized charges

and for $99.98 (approval code 724428)

I have a charge on my iTunes account that was recently made for a book On Gold Mountain. The amount of the charge is $31.56.

Also the book Thoughtless that was charged to my account several months ago was not ordered by me either.

Please advise.

I will be changing my Apple password

I need to stop a payment on my credit card for a free trail after that I will be billed 7.99 my granddaughter made that charge on the 13 of February I just swipe for her to ask me to make a purchase no one told me that can you help me plz .

Hi Emma. I am being charged for things I did not order nor did I receive. They seem to be coming in large chunks of money. How the heck do you get a hold of Apple to make this stop? I’m getting really frustrated with them. Have you had similar issues? Thanks for your time.
