id locked 14 day recovery??
Locked myself out. Its been three days now checked again today for status and says it'll be another 14 days

If you mean your Apple ID has been locked after failing 2 Factor Authentication you will just have to wait. From Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support:
If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery is an automatic process designed to get you back in to your account as quickly as possible while denying access to anyone who might be pretending to be you. It might take a few days—or longer—depending on what specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
If you mean your passcode lock on your phone, if you don't get it right the first time after 14 days it will next be 28 days. You might as well erase your phone and restore from your backup using iTunes.
