I can pull it up/watch on my phone and I'm able to watch You Tube vids but for some reason when I try to watch that particular show (Apple Music EXCLUSIVE), I keep getting an error loading message. Is it meant to ONLY be watched on a phone? Hope that's not the case.
Well I just clicked "Authorize this computer" in iTunes and I'm able to watch it now.
Mine wasn't working, my computer was already authorised, but then by clicking that again, it started working...obvious...right?!

I have similar issue. I can't play it on my early 2015 MacBook Pro (macOS 10.13, iTunes 12.7.0.166) or on my iPhone 7 (iOS 11). I was unable to stream any contents of the show ever since episode 10 came out.

I can't watch it on my MacBook Pro 2017 15".... it's weird it looks like it wants to play but nothing ever comes up.
Same issue. Early 2014 Mac Book Air, Sierra + iTune 12.7, player window loads, but no content.
I can watch it on my Mac and iPhone 5s but not on my iPad. Very frustrating!
You have to authorize your computer. If you already authorized it, do it again.
Open > Itunes > Account > Authorizations > Authorize this Computer...
And that's it
Nope this has nothing to do with streaming onto the box. The content simply does not appear to be there.
I have the same issue and I just don't understand it.
Surely this apple TV show should be shown on an apple TV box???
What's more frustrating is that I'm an apple music subscriber yet I can't stream apple music on the apple TV.
