my phone is lost and i dont remember my icloud

I lost my phone this morning and when I tried to use find my iPhone on my girlfriends phone , it only showed her phone, I tried signing into my iCloud but I forgot my username so I put in my apple I.D. To see if it would work but it still doesn't show my phone. In settings on my girlfriends phone it says my iPhone 7 as part of her devices but it still won't show up on find my iPhone.

If your iPhone is showing up under your girlfriend’s iCloud account, then it is not linked to your AppleID. It is liked to her AppleID and her iCloud account. Do you ir did you use her AppleID when setting up iCloud on your phone?

Hi,

go to icloud.com try signing in here, and if your phone has 'find my iPhone' switched and has a data connection then you should be able to find the phone.
