Hi
I hope that theres a quick fix to this rather than resetting my iPhone.
I've got an iPhone 7 Plus and an Apple Watch 2, in the Health App listed in the Sources Tab the Devices Section my iPhone 7 Plus and Apple Watch 2 are show up twice. So instead of two devices listed, I have four devices listed.
Is the an easy way to delete the duplicated iPhone 7 Plus and Apple Watch 2?

Manage Health data from multiple sources on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
If so then no there is no easy way to change this, I have heard that restoring the phone some times works.
