No, unfortunately once you have installed it on your phone there is no way back. Apple has never let you downgrade, only upgrade.

You've now missed the timeline to downgrade. Apple is no longer writing iOS10.3.3 to devices. You'll have to get used to iOS11 now.

Not at all. You had an opportunity and advice was given to you when you could have done this, but you didn't, so in essence, you screwed yourself. Apple has never supported iOS downgrades and it's highly unlikely they ever will.

My SIM won’t work since upgrading my iphone 5s to IOS 11. I have tried other SIMs and none of them work with my upgraded iphone5s. I want to revert back to IOS 10 but don’t use or even want to use cloud - can I download the old IOS somehow either directly onto my phone or on a computer for me to use ?
