You dropped a non-waterproof mobile device into a pool of water, and create a post asking why your iPod is not working properly????

Again, really????...

Your iPod Touch is water damaged!!!

You are probably out of luck!

Apple, probably, will NOT repair it.

Out of warranty replacement costs maybe close to the cost of a new iPod Touch 6th generation.

You will end up with a non-functioning iPod soon.

You may need to purchase a new iPod Touch.
