Sorry, but you have been scammed. Apple does not send notifications about viruses, and unless your iPhone has been jailbroken, it does not have a virus. That is an adware popup trying to get you to do exactly what you did.
You do not need any anti-virus protection on the phone. I suggest that you just delete the app, and if you paid for it in the app store, I would use the link https://reportaproblem.apple.com and ask for a refund.
Any such popups on your iPhone are scams.
Anything suggested by such popups should be ignored.
